Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you do extractions?

A:

Yes. We do extractions at our office. Please understand that complicated extractions and wisdom tooth extractions will be referred to an Oral Surgeons office for treatment.

Q: Do you have evening hours?

A:

We do offer some evening appointments as well as some early morning appointments. We try our very best to accommodate our patients' needs. These appointments are in high demand. It may take a little longer to get one of these specific appointment times.

Q: Is your office accepting new patients?

A:

Yes. We can't wait to meet you and deliver the best care possible.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A:

Yes. Please call and speak to one of our knowledgeable and experienced staff members. Our goal is to work with you to deliver the care that you need and want in a comfortable, affordable manner.

Q: Do I have to get Xrays?

A:

Xrays give the doctor critical information that is needed to make a thorough diagnosis. Xrays help to catch problems early before they become more significant, possibly painful or costly concerns. All new patients will need to have current xrays taken at our office or provide up to date, readable xrays from a previous office. Your overall health is top priority. No unnecessary radiographs will be taken. We take xrays to provide the standard of care you deserve.

Q: Can you prescribe me pain medication?

A:

Unless you are a patient of record with our office, absolutely no pain medication will be prescribed over the phone. In general, most dental pain can be managed with over the counter analgesics or anti-inflammatory medications. These medications are our first line of defense. Narcotic strength medications are carefully and seldom prescribed.
